Common questions.

Real answers from our specialists and operations team. Have a question we didn't answer? Contact us on our support page.

  • Yes. Most clinics and online providers charge a consultation, visit, or membership fee just to be reviewed. Yuvia does not. Your specialist review and prescription are free. You only pay for your medication, and only if a specialist approves you.

  • You complete a short intake online. A US board-certified specialist reviews your case personally. If they decide to prescribe, your card on file is charged and the compounding pharmacy fulfills your order. If they do not approve a prescription for you, you are not charged.

  • We aim to have our specialists review most intakes within 24 hours. You are notified as soon as a decision is made, and you are not charged until a specialist approves you.

  • Your specialist review and prescription are included, with no consult or membership fee, and nothing is due until a specialist approves you. From there you pay only for the medication itself: a full-strength, clinical-grade compounded protocol, prescribed specifically for you and made at a licensed US pharmacy. Each protocol's price is shown up front before you commit, priced for the quality of the medicine rather than a luxury-clinic markup. Cancel anytime.

  • You will not be charged. If something in your intake raises a clinical concern, a specialist will not approve a prescription. Your card is only charged after a specialist approves a prescription you chose to fill.

  • Every Yuvia prescription is made at a licensed US pharmacy using the same active ingredients a specialist would prescribe. Compounding lets the pharmacy mix vitamins or nutrients at the dose and form your specialist asks for.

  • Yuvia is currently available in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Washington, D.C. We are not currently available in Alaska, Arkansas, Massachusetts, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, or South Carolina. During intake we confirm your state before you continue, and we add states as our provider network expands.

  • Everyone is different, and it depends on the protocol and the person. Individual results vary, and compounded medications are not FDA-approved for the uses described, so we don't make guarantees about timing or outcomes.

  • Yes. Cancel from your account portal anytime. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. If you are already on a protocol you can pause or skip a shipment instead of canceling.

  • Yes. Your medical intake and specialist consultation are handled in HIPAA-compliant systems. Your information is stored securely and is not shared outside your care team without your consent.

  • We keep it simple. We only ask for the health information a specialist needs to review your request safely, nothing extra. No long forms. A US-licensed specialist still reviews everything you send and approves or declines before anything ships, so it stays easy without cutting corners on your care. We want getting the care you deserve to be as frictionless as possible.

  • Put everything in the same unit and look at the milligrams of active ingredient, not the marketing number. For injections, micrograms make a small dose look big: 20,000 mcg is only 20 mg. For creams, '99% purity' and peptide counts are not the same as strength. What matters is how much active ingredient is actually in it.
