Medical Disclaimer

Last updated: June 2026

The content on yuvia.health is provided for general educational purposes. It is not medical advice, does not establish a physician-patient relationship, and should not be relied on as a substitute for evaluation by a licensed physician. Please read this disclaimer carefully before using Yuvia.

1. Marketing is educational

Yuvia's website, blog, product pages, science section, and marketing emails describe categories of compounded medications, the published research behind their underlying compounds, and general information about wellness and longevity. This content is intended to inform your decision about whether to seek care, not to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing on yuvia.health constitutes medical advice or a recommendation for any specific treatment. Medical advice can only be given by a licensed physician who has reviewed your medical history. On Yuvia, that review happens inside the intake; never on the marketing site.

Do not start, stop, or modify any medication based on content from this site. Always consult a licensed physician before making medical decisions.

3. About compounded medications

Medications prescribed through Yuvia are compounded by US-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient based on a physician's prescription and the patient's clinical needs. They are not mass-manufactured pharmaceuticals.

Active ingredients in our compounded medications (NAD+, B12, glutathione, GHK-Cu) are individually well-studied, but the specific compounded formulations are not. Compounded preparations are dispensed pursuant to a patient-specific prescription and are not interchangeable with FDA-approved finished drugs.

4. FDA approval status

Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. Under section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, compounded preparations are exempted from the new drug approval requirements of section 505 when prepared by a licensed pharmacist for an identified patient pursuant to a valid prescription.

The FDA does not verify the quality, safety, or effectiveness of compounded drugs in the same way it does for manufactured drugs. This does not mean compounded medications are unsafe; it means their oversight is different and the responsibility for safe prescribing rests with the prescribing physician and the compounding pharmacy.

5. Individual results vary

Outcomes from any medical treatment depend on individual factors including age, baseline health, lifestyle, adherence, genetics, and the presence of other conditions or medications. Any description of benefits on yuvia.health represents the typical published mechanism of action of the underlying compound, not a guarantee of personal outcome.

6. Claims and substantiation

Yuvia aims to substantiate every claim made on its marketing surfaces with published, peer- reviewed research, which is summarized and linked from our /science page. If you believe any claim on this site is unsupported, please contact us and we will review it. Compliance with Federal Trade Commission substantiation standards is something we take seriously.

7. Third-party research

Studies cited on yuvia.health are conducted by independent researchers and published in peer- reviewed journals. Yuvia did not fund, conduct, or sponsor any of the research linked on the site. Citation of a study should not be read as an endorsement by the researchers or the journal of any Yuvia product.

8. The physician relationship

Browsing yuvia.health, reading our science section, or completing a marketing quiz does not create a physician-patient relationship with any Yuvia provider. A relationship is established only after you submit a medical intake, the intake is reviewed by a licensed physician, and the physician issues a clinical decision in your account.

If a physician declines to prescribe, no physician-patient relationship is formed and no charge is placed on your payment method.

9. No warranty of outcome

Yuvia makes no warranty, express or implied, that any treatment will produce a particular outcome, cure any condition, or extend lifespan. Statements about wellness, energy, skin, or longevity describe the general published mechanism of the underlying compounds and are not promises of individual benefit.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Yuvia's products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
