Last updated: June 2026

Yuvia is committed to providing care to every eligible patient without discrimination. This page describes the protected categories under which we do not discriminate, the language and accessibility services available, and how to file a complaint if you believe you've been treated unfairly.

1. Non-discrimination statement

Yuvia Holdings LLC and the licensed physicians who provide care through Yuvia comply with applicable federal civil rights laws and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law.

We do not exclude patients or treat them differently in the type or quality of services offered, in the prices charged, in the availability of medications, or in any other way, on the basis of any protected characteristic.

2. Protected classes

Yuvia does not discriminate against any person on the basis of:

  • Race, color, or national origin
  • Sex (including pregnancy and related conditions)
  • Sexual orientation
  • Gender identity or expression
  • Age
  • Disability
  • Religion
  • Any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law

Our marketing and clinical materials are inclusive and accessible to people across these categories. If you encounter content or a policy that does not feel inclusive, please report it using the contact information below.

3. Language assistance

4. Accessibility services

Free assistance is also available to patients with disabilities. This includes alternative formats of written materials (for example, large print or screen-reader-compatible files), assistance navigating the intake, and accommodations for any other identified need. See our Accessibility Statement for more detail on our accessibility commitments and how to request assistance.

5. Internal complaints

If you believe Yuvia has discriminated against you on any of the bases listed above, you may file an internal complaint with our compliance team. Email hello@yuvia.health with "Discrimination Complaint" in the subject line and include:
