Start with clean, dry skin
Wash your face and pat it dry. Apply your cream to bare skin, before any serums, moisturizers, or SPF.

Dot it across your face
Place small dots on your forehead, both cheeks, your nose, and your chin so the cream spreads evenly.

Smooth it in until absorbed
Gently massage the cream across your face until it fully absorbs. Avoid the immediate eye area.

Match it to the time of day

Look at the concentration of the active, not the marketing number on the front. Labels like '99% purity' or '12 peptides' tell you how clean or how many ingredients went in, not how much is actually in the cream. The number that matters is the concentration. The copper peptide creams you buy at the store or on Amazon are often a small fraction of a percent, as little as 0.1% GHK-Cu. It describes how pure the raw peptide is before it goes into the cream, not how much ends up in the finished product. A cream can use a 99% pure peptide and still contain only a trace of it. To judge a cream, find the concentration of the active in the formula, such as the percentage of GHK-Cu, and ignore the purity number and the peptide count.
