Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This policy applies to residents of Washington and Nevada. It supplements our Privacy Policy and explains how Yuvia Holdings LLC ("Yuvia") collects, uses, shares, and protects "consumer health data" as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's consumer health data privacy law (Senate Bill 370).
1. What this policy covers
Consumer health data is personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status. Medical records and other protected health information created or received by the medical practices that provide care through Yuvia are governed by HIPAA and described in our HIPAA Notice; this policy covers the other consumer health data Yuvia handles.
2. Consumer health data we collect
- Information you give in a medical intake, such as health conditions, symptoms, medical history, medications, allergies, and answers to health questions.
- The treatments you ask about or are prescribed, and your use or purchase of prescribed medication.
- Information that shows you are seeking health care services, such as starting or completing an intake, your orders, and visit bookings.
- Identity and contact details linked to the above, such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, shipping address, and a government ID when one is required.
- Information inferred or derived from any of the above.
3. Where it comes from
- Directly from you, when you complete an intake, check out, or contact us.
- From the licensed physicians and medical practices that review your case.
- From pharmacies that fill your prescription, about shipping and order status.
- Automatically from your device when you use our website, through cookies and similar technologies.
4. Why we collect and use it
- To provide our services: physician review, prescriptions, pharmacy fulfillment, shipping, and support.
- To process payments and manage your account and orders.
- To communicate with you about your care, account, and orders.
- To keep our services safe and secure and to prevent fraud.
- To comply with the law and protect our legal rights.
- To measure and deliver our advertising, only with your consent, as described in section 5.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- Confirm whether Yuvia collects, shares, or sells your consumer health data, and get a list of the third parties and affiliates we have shared or sold it to, with their contact information.
- Access your consumer health data.
- Have your consumer health data deleted, except where a law requires us or a medical practice to keep it (for example, medical record retention rules).
- Withdraw your consent to the collection or sharing of your consumer health data, including your consent to the advertising sharing in section 5.
- Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
7. How to make a request
Email hello@yuvia.health with the subject line "Consumer Health Data Request", the email address on your account, and what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will never ask you for a password or payment details to do so. We respond within 45 days, and if we need up to 45 more days we will tell you why.
8. Appeals
If we decline your request in whole or in part, you can appeal by replying to our decision or emailing hello@yuvia.health with the subject line "Consumer Health Data Appeal". We will respond within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, Washington residents may contact the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov, and Nevada residents may contact the Nevada Attorney General at ag.nv.gov.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a material change to how we share consumer health data, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
